Social Media Management Service: How to Approve Posts in CRUSHLER

Overview

With the CRUSHLER Social Media Management Service, we create the posts for you. All you need to do is review and approve them. This guide shows you step-by-step how the approval workflow works.

Step 1: Open the Drafts Tab

1. Navigate to the "Posts" tab in your CRUSHLER dashboard

2. Click on the "Drafts" tab at the top

3.  Tip: You can switch the language to your preferred language anytime if you're using a browser like Google Chrome

Step 2: Understanding the Traffic Light System

CRUSHLER uses a color-coded system for post status:

Status

Meaning

Important: All blue-marked posts are waiting for your review!

Step 3: Review and Comment on Posts

Open and Review Posts

1. Click on a blue-marked post

2. Review the content, image, and caption

Editing Rights

Depending on your permissions, you'll see:

•  With editing rights: Tools and icons to edit yourself

•  Without editing rights: Only the comment function

Add Comments

1. Click on the comment function

2. Write your feedback, e.g.:

   "The year in this photo is incorrect. We've known each other since 1997. Please change."

3. Click "Comment"

4. The comment will be displayed in the post

Step 4: Request Changes

If you want changes:

1. After adding all your comments

2. Click "Request Change"

3. The post will now be marked ORANGE

4. Our team receives a notification and makes the changes

Step 5: Review Revised Posts Again

1. After revision, the post will be marked BLUE again

2. You'll receive a notification to review again

3. Open the post and check the changes

Step 6: Approve Posts

If you like the post:

1. Click "Mark as Done"

2. Click "Approve"

3. The post will now be marked GREEN

4. The post will be automatically scheduled for publication in your content calendar
